Shipping policy

All orders are processed in 1 to 3 days then package and ship within 3 to 7 business days. All items are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Shenanigans Hairtique is not responsible for any loss or damage packages. 

Note: IMPORTANT: I am not responsible for buyer results or reactions—products have been tested and ingredient lists are provided.

1. USPS Claims:

Any and all claims made through USPS must be made by the buyer. Our company will assist you with any claim as much as we are able. The final responsibility lies with the buyer.

2. Shipping Issues:

We are not responsible for any carrier-related errors such as crushed packages, lost items, or delayed deliveries. Once your order leaves our facility, any issues are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

3. Incorrect Addresses:

We are not responsible if your order is shipped to the wrong address due to buyer error. Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. If a package is returned to us, the buyer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

4. Reporting Problems:

Any issue with your order must be reported to us within 24 hours of the delivery time shown in the USPS tracking system.

5. Purchasing Agreement:

By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that results may vary depending on individual hair types and conditions. Our team is available to assist with product usage questions or concerns.

6. Product Appearance:

Due to the nature of handmade or small-batch products, items may vary slightly in color, texture, or scent. We do our best to make each batch consistent and similar to what is shown in listing photos.
