Purchase Options

All orders are processed in the order they are received. Once payment is completed, your order enters the processing phase.

 

Cancellations

• Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, all sales are final.

• If your order has already been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

• We do not accept cancellations on sale or promotional items.

Refunds & Returns

• Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

• If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and details.
